IFBB Belgium yearly trophee :)

Hello everyone,
Today there was IFBB Belgium yearly meeting and i got the trophee for best women bodybuilding athlete of the year 2012
Thank you all for supporting me. Special thanks for my trainer Bill Richardson, my training partners - Patricia, Pierre, Yassin ;) , also Bill was many times my training partner if anyone else didnt want to train with me LOL, thanks for my family, my husband and thx for little Lexie who was always beside me and thx Patricia for holding her most times :) ... Thanks to all other supporters - old and the new ones.
Without your help i couldnt make it!!!


I keep training for being again better next time and with your help .. yes..  :)

I dont know yet when will be my next contest and where but you will know soon enough :)

    I am just delighted that you have won this prestigious trophy. You deserve the prize because you are an amazing bodybuilder/fitness competitor and a genuinely nice person. Well done my friend!

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. My Dear Friends :) .. yes, we feel as a perfect couple. :) Im really so pleased to tell you that Guy is such a great guy and that we plan to continue our lives together :) .. he did a proposal and i said yes :) .. and let me also tell you that we dont wait .. i go to Belgium as soon as possible ;) ..next month ...and go forward together :) I never felt happier in my life. :)))))))) Its wonderful to be beside loving partner, mate, friend, lover, dearest person who is always there for me and i can be there for him. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...
