My Photoshoot and Fitness.ee sport day

Hello everyone,

Last week Friday i had a photo shoot and yeah.. think some pics came out very well :) Here the link to them: My gallery, Fitness.ee gallery... and i hope you like them :)

On Saturday there happened to be a Fitness.ee sport day in City Spa fitness center, Tallinn. Very nice place i must say and the sports day itself was also fun :) The food was just great as well ;) .. for bodybuilders the food is always very important topic .. ;)

Here are two pictures of that event where i happened to be on the picture :P There was a small bench press contest with your own weight.. so i had 65kg on and did 12 reps.. "not bad" said Ott (Kiivikas, 9-times Estonian Champion in Bodybuilding). The second contest was 500m rowing where my time was 1 min and 47 sec as i remember. I was happy with these results :)

Please have a great week and i go to gym after an hour or so :)

Gerbel :)

    HOLY MOLY ARMY GIRL!

WOW! You certainly know how to use a gun no kiddin! You know i can't understand why the Brits and Americans pay billions of dollars for their troops to go to war when all it takes is for you to put that freaky mask on and WOAH the enemy would be running for their lives, lol! By the way, you never told me that you dyed your hair colour pink, nice hair style by the way. lol!!

On the otherhand you should be awarded a heros medal with a beautiful physique like yours and the idea of using props works wonders.

Now my blogging mission is completed i wish you a great week in the shop and with your training. Please don't work to hard but have some fun too.

    OVER AND OUT!

  2. Hey,

Bench pressing your own bodyweight for 12 reps is awesome going!
Great job! In fact one bodybuilder told me that if you can bench press your own bodyweight once then you are STRONG! Ott says 'not bad' well i think your SUPERGIRL then!lol! However, bench pressing 77.kg is even better as you qouted in your previous post and i was wondering if you could someday record your one rep max as that would be quite interesting to know.

I'm not much of a fan when it comes to doing rowing, however i'm am going to try to equal your time over 500m tomorrow when i go to the gym and see what happens. Maybe i drop dead of a heart attack in trying to make that time or even get anywhere close to it, lol! I'll let you know how it goes in any case.

Gerbel, it's nice to see that your keeping your goals aimed high, and always taking your physique to a newer and stronger level, that's what i deeply respect about you.

    Well done!
