Hey Hey,

Thanks God Its Friday... funny isnt it?! ;) .. Yes, my 2 weeks lasted seller work will finish soon, it will be my last day this week im in shop. From tomorrow Rosin is out and continues her usual work :) Though i might one or two days per week still continue working as a seller (if needed) when Rosin has other duties as meeting clients and so on.

Yeah, actually its good to work in shop one/two days per week just to keep updated about supplements and other stuff what Fitness.ee provides. Of course, i will continue my usual project work for Fitness.ee.

This morning i woke up so early that its so silly.. at 0530hrs i opened my eyes and lost sleep.. went to bed at 2400hrs so it wasnt very early too and still i lost my sleep .. too many thoughts about me relocating to US and other things as work i suppose :)
I should have left long time ago to US but we still postponing it with Bill due to few things he needs to do there and me here. Hopefully after 5-6 weeks there will be some answers and we can set the date :) Cant wait you know :) ....though i will miss all my friends and family and many more what are dear to me here in Estonia...

This evening i go to gym again, cant wait.. will have back and shoulders workout :)

On weekend will go to Pärnu to visit my parents and Aire & Co (there will be a small celebration going on Sunday).. :)

I wanted to do a photo shoot yesterday but obviously i wasnt able to .. i was working in shop .. so now its postponed till next week and i hope i can make you happy by doing new photos :)

Oke.. i will continue eating my breakfast and then put together my gym gear and go to work at 0900hrs. My alarm clock also went off few minutes ago.. so its time to start doing my usual morning things ;)

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Silence, present and plans for future

Hey guys, Yes, silence.... sorry about it... i thought i have to inform you how im doing and what is in my mind.. Im fine...:) I keep training, eating clean, but i made a decision that i dont compete this year anymore, had too much in my mind and couldnt get myself ready for doing contest. So, i wish all who competing a great preparation and a lot of success:) As you all know i dont really bulk, so to say, i hate to be too heavy.... i like to keep lean kinda, not ripped contest lean but healthy lean. So, I enjoy some cheat meals in times but im still as always on diet :) I enjoy gym, working out in the park, do home training and it means 50% of my trainings are body weight or light weight trainings. I really enjoy it presently and i guess thats the most important to enjoy what and how you do it :) My little daughter, 5yo Lexie, enjoyed the athletic club and she loves it... great start of the real physical activity for her :) ..  so, i take lot of time for her now, as

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect.
