Hello dear friends, Life is pretty busy lately, working, training, home, Lexie. Everything takes time :)  Feel all the time pretty tired because our Lexie still has trouble to sleep, wakes up several times per night, doesnt want to go to bed and cant get her up in the morning for school. Yeah, probably who has kids knowing exactly what im talking about but life is good and im happy. She is cuty ;) So the training goes nicely, heavy and good, dieting, lost already few kg's ;) Every weekend we go to skating, Lexie also gets better feeling by doing it and enjoys it more :) .. can already glide a bit and if she followes someone then its hard to stop her :) Its really fun to go to skating with her :) Here is last video from Sunday the 19 Jan 2014. She just got 12 Jan 3 years old and she is full of energy. Hey, How are you all doing? We are doing so fine :) New Year stared up nicely and next week it will be back to normal life, meaning Lexie to school, Guy to work and i also start with my normal routine, training, work, diet lol ;) .. so to say we go back to our daily lifes. This week we went to skating in Gent again and it was over all Lexie's 6th time (2 times when she just was going to be 2 years old and now 4 times on this season when she just will get 3 years old). By the way she gets 3 on 12 January, time flyes :) Sorry guys, but we are here kinda very proud that she finally skates on her own, presently she mostly walkes on ice, some slidings too and when she falls down then she can stand up, most important. :) .. and now i think it goes quick if we keep doing it frequently. Hello my dear friends, fans and family, September month has been kinda busy, first weeks needed to get used to new routine as Lexie went to school, here in Belgium you can bring kids to school from 2 and half years, and to settle the best timing for gym, workouts and work and cooking, house work etc between bringing Lexie to school or getting her from school. And of course going to gym together, play and fun time with Lexie, everything needs some planning he ;) Anyhow now its kinda set and sometimes it seems i had more time when she didnt go to school lol ;) It has been actually nice month, Lexie loves in school, she is going to Steiner School. It has a bit different approach of teaching, but i think its a good choice for Lexie. :) There was also a little interview and photo about me as a bodybuilder and a mother in De Standaard magazine.
