Saturday and im working

Hey my dear friends,

Yes, im working today. It happends once per month when there is my turn to work also on Saturday's because the shop is open on Saturdays as well from 1000-1600hrs. Here im sitting and waiting that costumers will wake up and come to buy something usuful and necessary for their body after hard training. ;)

This evening there are also a Fitness.ee sport event in City Spa, Tallinn, i will join them a bit later after my work. So i hope to go to sauna and swim in the pool and have a small delicious dinner as well :) Though, i cant allow myself much for eat or drink as my contest is very very close .. it will be 15th of Nov in Salme Kultuurikeskus. Tomorrow i will go to church as usual and get mental peace :) .. cant wait after so busy work and training week. Then just relax and walk in old town and hopefully the weather will be also nicer than today. Its rainy today .. :( .. but as there is a saying that there aren't bad weather, only wrong clothes :P

I will update my website as well tomorrow evening, so be patient and hopefully on Monday you will have something new to see and read :)

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...

Wedding

Hello my dear friends, Now im married woman, Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. Who still doesnt know, on 17 of October i got married with lovely belgian guy, Guy Poortmans, in Wilrijk-Antwerpen, Belgium. In Estonian magazine "Kroonika" there is an article about us, how we met ;) ..though it is in Estonian. To make the story short ;) ..we met online and we knew that we should be together already before we first met in real life, meeting was just a confirmation of our feelings :) Lovely! :) A hint, soon there will be also wedding picture in Kroonika ;) Now, after 5 month knowing each other, we are married. Seems like a fairy tale. The wedding was very lovely in one small castle, as simple as it could be. On 17th my day started already 0630am, did my make-up and went to hair dresser.
