Almost weekend :)

Hey my dear friends,

Its almost a weekend, isnt it?! Anyway its still Thursday evening but tomorrow it will be last working day this week and i so much look forward to this weekend. It promises to be a great one, hope you will have also something very nice to look forward to. I will tell you about this in my next blog :) ... if you dont mind ;)

This week was nice, lots of work and trainings but its always better to be busy than just sitting and do nothing, so every day i had something scheduled :P .. beside going to gym in the evening i also went to skating with few very nice friends. Here is one of the pictures.. more you can see from my website under training part as i consider it as a cardio training :) Here is a link :)
So we went to skating with Teele and Annely, who's boyfriend Mats did pictures.

I know it was a short blog but at least something ...
I will blog again soon :)

    So have you ever thought of representing Estonia in the Ice Skating Championships as you seem like a real natural:)

    Great to see you having fun on the ice hanging out with your buds and seeing pixs of your friends falling on the ice:)No injuries, i hope, lol! I think ice and Rhys don't seem to be the best of friends, mmmmm!!!!:( so you can guess that i'm not so cool at this sport. Although I'm sure this is great exercise to staying happy, fit and well:)

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...

Wedding

Hello my dear friends, Now im married woman, Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. Who still doesnt know, on 17 of October i got married with lovely belgian guy, Guy Poortmans, in Wilrijk-Antwerpen, Belgium. In Estonian magazine "Kroonika" there is an article about us, how we met ;) ..though it is in Estonian. To make the story short ;) ..we met online and we knew that we should be together already before we first met in real life, meeting was just a confirmation of our feelings :) Lovely! :) A hint, soon there will be also wedding picture in Kroonika ;) Now, after 5 month knowing each other, we are married. Seems like a fairy tale. The wedding was very lovely in one small castle, as simple as it could be. On 17th my day started already 0630am, did my make-up and went to hair dresser.
