STICK-GRIPS

They are one of the best training equipment i know. I started to use them about one year ago and i still cant imagine i used gloves before, Stick-Grips are better then gloves, the grip is perfect and it doesnt sweat, smell or anything. They have many color options what makes using pleasant. You just need to try them, train and you find it out on yourself how great they are :)

Yes, its out, the HC PROFESSIONAL 100% SHAPE.

HC-ShapeI was looking the ingredients and i must say its a great product. Read more about it on my website page: HC-SHAPE.
It has really very good ingredients in and if you want to loose fat, get from your workouts the max then i warmly suggest it. Of course the proper diet and training would bring results quicker. Summer is coming and who doesnt want to be in better shape and look good on the beach?! ;)

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...

Wedding

Hello my dear friends, Now im married woman, Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. Who still doesnt know, on 17 of October i got married with lovely belgian guy, Guy Poortmans, in Wilrijk-Antwerpen, Belgium. In Estonian magazine "Kroonika" there is an article about us, how we met ;) ..though it is in Estonian. To make the story short ;) ..we met online and we knew that we should be together already before we first met in real life, meeting was just a confirmation of our feelings :) Lovely! :) A hint, soon there will be also wedding picture in Kroonika ;) Now, after 5 month knowing each other, we are married. Seems like a fairy tale. The wedding was very lovely in one small castle, as simple as it could be. On 17th my day started already 0630am, did my make-up and went to hair dresser. Wedding was at 10.45 am and followed by lunch-dinner reception in near by restaurant "Den Bourgondier" with our witnesses, Guy's parents and relatives. Unfortunatly, my best friend Aire couldnt c...
