Hello my especially Estonian friends,

I have an announcement to make and would like you to participate in one nice event on this Saturday :)
I myself cant participate there as im in Belgium but you can! So if you are in Estonia /doesnt matter Estonian or not) and would like to challenge yourself then take part and compete in Trainingstar 2009 (Trennitäht 2009 konkurs).
The event will be in Sparta Sportsclub this Saturday, on 28 Nov 2009 and all the necessary information you can read from HERE in Muscle and Fitness portal :)

Its not only this contest, its a birthday of Sparta Club and from 1100hrs there will be all kind of group lessons you can take part, go to gym and just see nice people, our Estonian best Fitness and Bodybuilding guys and girls. So i suggest you to go and enjoy the activities what Sparta and Muscle&Fitness magazine offers you.

And .. its free entrance for everyone, so dont miss it!!

Enjoy the event and if you cant go there then enjoy the week anyhow :)

    Aga hoiame Sind Sparta sünna pildimaterjaliga kenasti kursis foorumi kaudu- Jok päeval seal, ma õhtul järele peale tööd! Muide jube head kana-kodujuustu kotletid- eile tegin, ise mugisin kõik ära, a ju peab ükspäev Jokule kah tegema... ;)

    oiii Annika, armas oled :)... Tänud ette, nii kena kuulda, ehk saaksid isegi 2 tk saata, annaks ühe oma treenerile, paneme jõusaali poistele kah vaatamiseks.... seksikate Eesti tüdrukute kalender läheb kindlasti siin väga peale :)

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...

Wedding

Hello my dear friends, Now im married woman, Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. Who still doesnt know, on 17 of October i got married with lovely belgian guy, Guy Poortmans, in Wilrijk-Antwerpen, Belgium. In Estonian magazine "Kroonika" there is an article about us, how we met ;) ..though it is in Estonian. To make the story short ;) ..we met online and we knew that we should be together already before we first met in real life, meeting was just a confirmation of our feelings :) Lovely! :) A hint, soon there will be also wedding picture in Kroonika ;) Now, after 5 month knowing each other, we are married. Seems like a fairy tale. The wedding was very lovely in one small castle, as simple as it could be. On 17th my day started already 0630am, did my make-up and went to hair dresser. Wedding was at 10.45 am and followed by lunch-dinner reception in near by restaurant "Den Bourgondier" with our witnesses, Guy's parents and relatives. Unfortunatly, my best friend Aire couldnt c...
