My Dear Friends :) .. yes, we feel as a perfect couple. :) Im really so pleased to tell you that Guy is such a great guy and that we plan to continue our lives together :) .. he did a proposal and i said yes :) .. and let me also tell you that we dont wait .. i go to Belgium as soon as possible ;) ..next month ...and go forward together :) I never felt happier in my life. :)))))))) Its wonderful to be beside loving partner, mate, friend, lover, dearest person who is always there for me and i can be there for him. Also, he is a great training partner and coach ;) .. so we really match as we both love to go to gym and so forth :) Here is a picture what Activist (Annika) made during one sports event (organized by Muscle&Fitness magazine and Sparta Sports Club) on Saturday, 6 June 2009, in Sparta parking lot, Tallinn, Estonia. Bill Richardson's gym

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. FIBO 2016 and prep for WBBF Universe 2016

Hello my dear friends, I know, it has been ages me blogging. Time just flys ;) no excuses. Fibo this year was as always great, met nice people, had nice photo and videoshoots and of course i had a good time :) Some pics from Fibo 2016 And now i get ready for WBBF UNIVERSE 2016 in Maastrich, Holland, contest, what is already this weekend on Saturday. After that actually i have alraedy planned to go to Lithuania to compete on 14 May 2016 WFF-WBBF "AMBER PRIX INTERNATIONAL" in Kretinga. Busy last months ;) but thats oke.. i love my present shape and i will give my best. Wish me luck!
