Visit to Estonia 13-19 Oct 2010

Hey all :)

My visit to Estonia was great.. even it was short, i got to visit almost everyone i planned. So, it was a great trip. Got also to see the first show there, what was really lovely :)

I put up some pictures here :) .. and also some selection of the pictures in my my website activities gallery :) ... (my dear friends, i have actually more pictures and if you want all where you are on and also in original size then let me know...oke!)


Anyhow, the trip was lovely and i thank all my friends that they took some time for the meetings and nice wishes, words and so forth :)

It was great to see you again after so long time.

Dear friends, I made few pictures of the gym im going. Its Bill Richardson's gym in Burgerhout, Antwerpen. Though the official gym name is B+C Gym Borgerhout. And as you see its really a old school gym :) Anyhow enjoy the pictures HERE . I know that some of you looking forward to some training pictures. Soon will talk about my usual leg training and also put up some pictures :) .. we did some this morning :) On the first picture in the gallery you see Patricia behind the desk, who is a great woman, training partner and her legs are really strong (as mine ;)).. lot of respect. 2020, time flies

Hey all guys and girls, Damn, time flies, you get older and the time seems unstoppable ;) Hope in your end all is good. My end, it’s great. It has been so many things going on, all life has been a big challenge lately, but I like to be positive and I am. So, there has been always a light at the end of the tunnel. Many things have had happened last 2-3 years in all single levels of my life and it has been difficult in times but I have been lucky. I had some health problems but I got over it. Lets say I got really lucky and I'm very grateful for it.  Closer friends know what it was about, I will never be really ready to share it I guess but lets say "Thank you God". I have done some trainings but not very regular. Couldn't go heavy because of my health issues, but gradually I will get back to the regular physical exercising. Its not important to go really heavy, its important to do regular physical training and eat healthy. That was my moto when I was...

Wedding

Hello my dear friends, Now im married woman, Gerbel Mikk-Poortmans. Who still doesnt know, on 17 of October i got married with lovely belgian guy, Guy Poortmans, in Wilrijk-Antwerpen, Belgium. In Estonian magazine "Kroonika" there is an article about us, how we met ;) ..though it is in Estonian. To make the story short ;) ..we met online and we knew that we should be together already before we first met in real life, meeting was just a confirmation of our feelings :) Lovely! :) A hint, soon there will be also wedding picture in Kroonika ;) Now, after 5 month knowing each other, we are married. Seems like a fairy tale. The wedding was very lovely in one small castle, as simple as it could be. On 17th my day started already 0630am, did my make-up and went to hair dresser. Wedding was at 10.45 am and followed by lunch-dinner reception in near by restaurant "Den Bourgondier" with our witnesses, Guy's parents and relatives. Unfortunatly, my best friend Aire couldnt c...
